6. Key in +61411990001 and tap Save.

Possible cause 1:

The message centre number is incorrect

Solution:

Enter the correct message centre number.

1. Find "Service centre address"

Tap Messaging.

Tap the menu icon.

Tap Settings.

Tap Text message.

Tap Service centre address.

2. Enter message centre number

Key in +61411990001 and tap Save.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
