This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Turn on mobile data.

1. Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.

2. Tap the settings icon.

3. Tap Data usage.

Step 4 of 6

4. Tap the indicator next to "Mobile data" to turn the function on or off.

5. If you turn off mobile data, tap OK.

6. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 1:

Mobile data is turned off

Solution:

Turn mobile data on or off

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.

Tap the settings icon.

Tap Data usage.

Tap the indicator next to "Mobile data" to turn the function on or off.

If you turn off mobile data, tap OK.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
