I can't use my router's internet connection

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Your router hasn't been correctly set up for internet: Set up your router for internet.

List view

1. Find "Internet Connection"

Click Network Settings.
Click Internet Connection.

2. Create new data connection

Click the add icon.
Click the field next to "Profile name" and key in Optus Yes Internet.

3. Enter APN

Click the field next to "APN" and key in connect.

4. Select authentication type

Click the drop down list next to "Authentication".
Click Auto.

5. Select IP type

Click the drop down list next to "IP type".
Click IPv4 & IPv6.

6. Save settings

Click Save.
