I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

We found 10 possible causes:

  1. The BlackBerry services aren't activated in your rate plan
  2. Little or no network coverage
  3. No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established
  4. You're abroad and data roaming is turned off on your mobile phone
  5. You've established a connection to a Wi-Fi network, but you aren't logged on
  6. You've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network
  7. Flight mode is turned on
  8. Mobile data is turned off on your mobile phone
  9. Your mobile phone hasn't been correctly set up for mobile internet
  10. Wi-Fi isn't turned on on your mobile phone
