Backing up the phone memory on my mobile phone
If you want to update the software on your mobile phone, it's recommended you back up the phone memory.

1. Install HiSuite
Go to www.huaweidevice.com on your computer.
Find the download section on the website to download HiSuite.

2. Connect mobile phone and computer
Connect the data cable to the phone socket and to your computer's USB port.
3. Select USB connection setting
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the USB icon.
Tap the USB icon.
Tap PC Suite (HiSuite).
4. Back up phone memory
Start HiSuite on your computer.
Click Backup & Restore.
Click Next.
Tap the required data types to turn backup on or off.
Tap Start.
Wait while the phone memory is backed up.
