I can't receive any calls
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Missed calls are diverted too fast: Select a longer delay for the call divert.

1. 1. Find "Call forwarding"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Call.
Tap Call forwarding.
2. 2. Select divert type
The current settings will be displayed.
Tap one of the following options:
Always forward
Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable
3. 3. Divert calls to your voicemail

If you selected Forward when unanswered in step 2, you need to select for how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted:

Tap the field below "DELAY".
Tap the required delay.
Tap ENABLE.
4. 4. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key the necessary number of times to return to the home screen.
