1. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap the settings icon.

5. Key in +61411000321 and tap OK.

6. Tap the Home key the necessary number of times to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

Your voicemail number isn't saved on your mobile phone

Solution:

Save the voicemail number or call 321 to listen to your voice messages.

1. Find "Voicemail number"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the settings icon.

Tap Call.

Tap Voicemail settings.

Tap Voicemail number.

2. Save voicemail number

Key in +61411000321 and tap OK.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key the necessary number of times to return to the home screen.
