I can't send and receive MMS
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
There's an error at the receiving end: Send an MMS to another recipient to check if the error is at the receiving end.

1. 1. Find "Compose"
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Messages.
Tap Compose.
2. 2. Enter recipient
Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Tap the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Tap the required contact.
3. 3. Write text
Write the MMS.
4. 4. Insert pictures, video clips and audio files
Tap the attachment icon.
Choose one of the following options:
Insert picture, go to 4a.
Insert video clip, go to 4b.
Insert audio file, go to 4c.
Choose one of the following options:
Insert picture, go to 4a.
Insert video clip, go to 4b.
Insert audio file, go to 4c.
5. 5. 4a - Insert picture
Tap Picture.
Tap Gallery.
Go to the required folder.
Go to the required folder.
Tap the required picture.
6. 6. 4b - Insert video clip
Tap Video.
Tap Videos.
Go to the required folder.
Go to the required folder.
Tap the required video clip.
7. 7. 4c - Insert audio file
Tap Audio.
Tap Music & sounds.
Tap the required audio file to select it.
When the field next to the audio file is filled in, it's selected.
Tap OK.
8. 8. Send MMS
Tap Send when you've finished your MMS.
9. 9. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
