I can't use one of my apps

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Uninstall the required app and try to install it again.

1. Tap the menu icon.

3. To search by category:Tap CATEGORIES.Go to the required category.

4. To search by name:Tap the search icon.

Step 5 of 12

5. Key in the name of the required app and tap enter.

6. Tap the required app.

7. To download a free app:Tap Install.

8. Tap Accept & download.

9. To buy an app:Tap the price.

10. Follow the instructions on the display to download and install the app.Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.

Possible cause 2:

The required app is damaged or deleted

Solution:

Uninstall the required app and try to install it again.

1. Find "Play Store"

Tap the menu icon.

Tap Play Store.

2. Find app

To search by category:
Tap CATEGORIES.
Go to the required category.

To search by name:
Tap the search icon.

Key in the name of the required app and tap enter.

3. Download and install app

Tap the required app.

To download a free app:
Tap Install.

Tap Accept & download.

To buy an app:
Tap the price.

Follow the instructions on the display to download and install the app.
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.

4. Use app

Tap the menu icon.

Tap the app you've just downloaded.
Follow the instructions on the display to use the app.
