I can't turn on my mobile phone

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Enter the correct PIN. If you enter a wrong PIN three times in a row, your SIM is blocked and you need to key in your PUK. You can get your PUK on Optus My Account.

1. Tap and hold On/Off.

2. If required, tap and drag the ring at the bottom of the display upwards.

3. If required, key in your PIN (default is 0000) and tap OK.

4. If your SIM is rejected:Contact your mobile phone store or your service provider.

5. Tap and hold On/Off.

Step 6 of 6

6. Tap Power off.
