This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Turn off fixed dialing.

1. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap Settings.

2. Tap Call.

3. Tap Fixed Dialing Numbers.

Step 4 of 6

4. Tap Enable FDN or Disable FDN (depending on the current setting).

5. Key in your PIN2 (default is 0000) and tap OK.

6. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 4:

Fixed dialing is turned on

Solution:

Turn off fixed dialing.

1. Find "Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap Settings.

Tap Call.

Tap Fixed Dialing Numbers.

2. Turn fixed dialing on or off

Tap Enable FDN or Disable FDN (depending on the current setting).

Key in your PIN2 (default is 0000) and tap OK.

3. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
