Turn on Bluetooth.

1. Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap the Bluetooth icon to turn the function on or off.

2. Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 1:

Bluetooth isn't turned on on your mobile phone

Solution:

Turn on Bluetooth.

1. Turn Bluetooth on or off

Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap the Bluetooth icon to turn the function on or off.

2. Return to the home screen

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
