I can't make voice calls
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
We found 10 possible causes:
- Your mobile phone is set to connect to 3G networks only
- There may be a temporary network problem
- There's an error at the receiving end
- Poor or no network coverage
- Fixed dialing is turned on
- You're abroad and roaming isn't included in your rate plan
- You number has been suspended due to non-payment
- You've turned on manual network selection and are out of range of the selected network
- Flight mode is turned on
- No credit on your prepaid phone card
