Using the calendar on my mobile phone
Want to use the calendar on your mobile phone? Follow these easy instructions.
List view
1. Find "Calendar"
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Calendar.
2. Use calendar
Follow the steps below to use the calendar.
3. Change calendar view
Tap one of the following options:
Month
Month
Day
Agenda
4. Go to date
Tap Menu.
Tap Go to.
Tap and drag day, month and year up or down to select the required date.
Tap OK.
To go to the current date:
Tap Today.
Tap Today.
5. Add appointment
Tap Add.
Tap the drop down list at the top of the display.
Tap the required calendar.
Key in a subject for the appointment.
Follow the instructions on the display to key in more information, such as date, location, duration and reminder.

Tap Save.
6. View appointment
Tap Agenda.
Tap the required appointment to view the appointment details.
Tap the Return key to return to the list of appointments.
7. Search calendar
Tap Menu.
Tap Search.
Key in the first letters of the required appointment.
Matching appointments are displayed.

Tap the required appointment to view the appointment details.
Tap the Return key to return to the search.
8. Select settings for the calendar
Tap Menu.
Tap Settings.
Follow the instructions on the display to select the required settings for the calendar.

9. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
Follow the steps below to use the calendar.
