Setting up my mobile phone for SMS
Want to set up your mobile phone for SMS? Follow these easy instructions.
List view
1. Find "Text messages (SMS)"
Tap the menu icon.
Tap Messages.
Tap Menu.
Tap Settings.
Tap Text messages (SMS).
2. Turn request for delivery reports on off
Tap Delivery reports to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on delivery reports, you'll be notified when your SMS has been delivered.
When the field next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.
If you turn on delivery reports, you'll be notified when your SMS has been delivered.
3. Save the message centre number
Tap Service center.
Key in +61411990001 and tap OK.
4. Exit
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
