Clearing browser data on my mobile phone

When you use your mobile phone's internet browser, various data is stored temporarily in the browser memory, such as cache and cookies. If you've problems loading websites, deleting this data may help.


List view

1. Find "Privacy & security"

Tap the menu icon.
Tap Internet.
Tap Menu.
Tap Settings.
Tap Privacy & security.

2. Clear cache

Tap Clear cache.
A copy of the websites you've visited is saved in the cache. The next time you connect to a previously visited website, your mobile phone retrieves data from the cache.
Tap OK to confirm.

3. Delete cookies

Tap Clear all cookie data.
A cookie is data saved by a website in the browser memory. The data can be login information or other information about the choices you've made on a website. Cookies allow the provider to adjust the contents of the website to your preferences.

4. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
