How to

Personalising the phone display for my mobile phone

Want to personalise the phone display for your mobile phone, such as a new background image? Follow these easy instructions.

List view

1. Find "Personalize"

Tap the menu icon.

Tap Personalize.

2. Choose option

Choose one of the following options:
Select theme, go to 2a.
Select background image, go to 2b.
Organise display shortcuts, go to 2c.

3. 2a - Select theme

Tap Skin.

Tap the required theme.

4. 2b - Select background image

Tap Wallpaper.

Tap HTC wallpapers or Gallery.

If you select HTC wallpapers:

Tap the required background image.

Tap Apply.

If you select Gallery:
Go to the required folder.

Tap the required picture.

Drag the frame to the required position to select the required detail.

Tap Save.

5. 2c - Organise display shortcuts

Tap Home screen.

To add a display shortcut:
Tap Widgets, Apps or Shortcuts.

Tap the required shortcut to add it.
If required, follow the instructions on the display to select settings for the display shortcut.

To remove a display shortcut:
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.

Tap and hold the required shortcut.

Drag the shortcut to Remove.

To move a display shortcut:
Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.

Tap and hold the required shortcut.
Drag the shortcut to the required position.

6. Exit

Tap the Home key to return to standby mode.
