I can't send and receive SMS

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

There's an error at the receiving end: Send an SMS to another number to check if the error is at the receiving end.

1. 1. Create SMS

Tap the message icon.

Tap the new message icon.

2. 2. Enter recipient

Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Tap the required contact.
Repeat the procedure to add more recipients.

3. 3. Write text

Write the the text for your SMS.

4. 4. Send SMS

Tap the send icon when you've written your SMS.

5. 5. Return to the home screen

Tap the home icon to return to the home screen.
