This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Silent mode is turned on: Turn off silent mode.

List view

To turn on silent mode:
Tap the lower part of the Volume key until the silent mode icon is displayed.

To turn off silent mode:
Tap the upper part of the Volume key to select the required ring volume.
