Restoring factory default settings on my mobile phone
Want to restore the factory default settings on your mobile phone? It's easy, but please note: all data on your mobile phone will be deleted. Data on your SIM isn't deleted.

1. Find "Reset phone"
Slide two fingers down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap SETTINGS.
Tap SETTINGS.
Tap Backup & reset.
Tap Reset phone.
2. Restore factory default settings
Tap Erase all data until the function is turned on.
Tap OK.
Tap OK to confirm.
Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored.
Follow the instructions on the display to set up your mobile phone and prepare it for use.
