I can't make voice calls

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Turn on automatic network mode selection.

1. Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

2. Tap the settings icon.

3. Tap Mobile data.

4. Tap Network mode.

5. Tap the required network mode.

6. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 5:

The selected network mode is not available

Solution:

Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Find "Network mode"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Tap the settings icon.

Tap Mobile data.

Tap Network mode.

Select network mode

Tap the required network mode.

There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. If you set your mobile phone to automatic network selection, it will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
