I can't use my mobile phone's internet connection
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Set up your mobile phone for internet.

1. Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.

2. Tap the settings icon.

3. Tap Network & Internet.

4. Tap Mobile network.

5. Tap Advanced.

6. Tap Access point names.

7. Tap the menu icon.

8. Tap New APN.

9. Tap Name.

10. Key in Optus Yes Internet and tap OK.

11. Tap APN.

12. Key in yesinternet and tap OK.

13. Tap MCC.

14. Key in 505 and tap OK.

15. Tap MNC.

16. Key in 02 and tap OK.

17. Tap Authentication type.

18. Tap PAP.

19. Tap APN type.

20. Key in default and tap OK.

21. Tap the menu icon.

22. Tap Save.

23. Tap the field next to the required data connection to activate it.

24. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 1:
Your mobile phone has not been correctly set up for internet
