This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Turn on Bluetooth and Bluetooth visibility.

1. Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

2. Tap the Bluetooth icon to turn the function on or off.

3. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 2:

Bluetooth or Bluetooth visibility is turned off on your mobile phone

Solution:

Turn Bluetooth on or off

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Tap the Bluetooth icon to turn the function on or off.

If you turn on Bluetooth, your mobile phone is visible to all Bluetooth devices.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
