Cancel all diverts.

Divert of all calls is turned on

Solution:

Cancel all diverts.

Find "Call forwarding"

Tap the phone icon.

Tap the menu icon.

Tap Settings.

Tap Calls.

Tap Call forwarding.

Cancel all diverts

Tap the required divert type.

Tap TURN OFF.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
