How to
Get phone support via call or online chat
You can get technical phone support by requesting a call or starting an online chat.
Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top the screen.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Tips & support.
Tap Phone.
Follow the instructions on the screen to request a call. You will then receive a call from the Google support team. Follow the verbal instructions to get support on your mobile phone.
Tap Chat.
Follow the instructions on the screen to start an online chat.
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
