I can't send and receive MMS
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Your mobile phone hasn't been correctly set up for MMS: Set up your mobile phone for MMS.

1. Find "MMS profile"
Tap the Left selection key.
Select Settings and tap the Left selection key.
Select Messages and tap the Left selection key.
Select MMS settings and tap the Left selection key.
Select MMS profile and tap the Left selection key.
2. Create new data connection
Select Add and tap the Left selection key.
Select the field below "Account name" and key in Optus MMS.

3. Enter APN
Select the field below "APN" and key in mms.

4. Select connection type
Select the field below "Connection type".
Tap the upper or lower part of the Volume key to select HTTP.
5. Select MMS server
Select the field below "Homepage" and key in http://mmsc.optus.com.au:8002/.

6. Enter IP address
Select the field below "Proxy address" and key in 61.88.190.10.

7. Enter port number
Select the field below "Proxy port" and key in 8070.

Tap the Left selection key twice.
8. Activate data connection
Tap the Left selection key.
Select Activate and tap the Left selection key.
9. Return to the home screen
Tap Disconnect to return to the home screen.
