I can't use one of my apps
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Uninstall the required app and try to install it again.
1. Slide your finger left on the display to open the main menu.Tap BlackBerry World.
2. To search by category:Tap Categories.Go to the required category.
3. To search for an app:Tap Search.
4. Key in the name of the required app and tap Search.
5. Tap the required app.
6. To install a free app:Tap Download.
7. To buy an app:Tap the price.Follow the instructions on the display to download and install the app.Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your mobile phone to return to standby mode.
8. Slide your finger left on the display.Tap the app you've just downloaded.Follow the instructions on the display to use the app.
Possible cause 1:
The required app is damaged or deleted
Solution:
Uninstall the required app and try to install it again.
Tap BlackBerry World.
Tap Categories.
Go to the required category.
Tap Search.
Tap Download.
Tap the price.
Follow the instructions on the display to download and install the app.
Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your mobile phone to return to standby mode.
Tap the app you've just downloaded.
Follow the instructions on the display to use the app.
