I can't play music
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
No audio files have been transferred to your mobile phone: Transfer audio files from your computer to your mobile phone.

Go to http://worldwide.blackberry.com on your computer.

2. 2. Select USB connection setting
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap Settings.
Tap Settings.
Tap Storage and Access.
Tap USB Connections.
Tap Connect to Windows or Connect to Mac depending on the operating system on your computer.
3. 3. Connect mobile phone and computer
Connect the data cable to the phone socket and to your computer's USB port.
4. 4. Transfer audio files
Start a file manager on your computer and find your phone in your computer's file system.
Go to the required folder in your computer's file system.
Highlight the required audio file and move or copy it to your mobile phone.
