I can't use tethering on my mobile phone
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.
Set up your mobile phone and computer for tethering.

1. Go to http://worldwide.blackberry.com on your computer.Find the download section on the website to download BlackBerry Link.Download and install BlackBerry Link on your computer.
2. Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.Tap Settings.
3. Tap Storage and Access.
4. Tap USB Connections.
5. Tap Connect to Windows or Connect to Mac depending on the operating system on your computer.
6. Tap Back.
7. Tap Network Connections.
8. Tap Internet Tethering.If it's the first time you use tethering:Follow the instructions on the display to establish a USB connection to the computer.
9. If you've used tethering before:Tap Connect using.
10. Tap USB.
11. Connect the data cable to the phone socket and to the computer's USB port.
12. Tap the indicator next to Internet Tethering to turn on tethering.An internet connection from the computer via your mobile phone is established.
Possible cause 1:
Your computer and phone haven't been set up for tethering correctly
Solution:
Set up your mobile phone and computer for tethering.
Find the download section on the website to download BlackBerry Link.
Download and install BlackBerry Link on your computer.
Tap Settings.
If it's the first time you use tethering:
Follow the instructions on the display to establish a USB connection to the computer.
Tap Connect using.
An internet connection from the computer via your mobile phone is established.
