I can't use my mobile phone as a Wi-Fi Hotspot
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
The wrong password is entered on the device you want to connect from.: Enter the correct password.

1. 1. Find "Mobile Hotspot"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap Settings.

If it's the first time you use your mobile phone as a Wi-Fi Hotspot:

If you've used your mobile phone as a Wi-Fi Hotspot before:
Tap Configure.

Tap the field below Name.
Key in the required Wi-Fi Hotspot name.

Tap Security Type.
Tap None or the required encryption method.

Tap the field below Password and key in the required password.

Tap Save.
6. 6. Turn on Wi-Fi Hotspot
Tap the indicator next to Mobile Hotspot to turn on the function.
7. 7. Establish connection
Turn on Wi-Fi on the other device.
Find the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
Select your mobile phone on the list.
Follow the instructions on the display to establish a connection to your mobile phone.
When the connection is established, you can access the internet from the other device.

Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your mobile phone to return to standby mode.
