Creating a contact for my mobile phone

Want to create a new contact? Follow these easy instructions.

List view

1. Find "Contacts"

Slide your finger left on the display to open the main menu.
Tap Contacts.

2. Create contact

Tap Add.

3. Enter name

Tap First Name and key in the required first name.

Tap Last Name and key in the required last name.

4. Enter phone number

Tap Phone Number and key in the required phone number.

Always begin phone numbers with a + followed by the country code, even for local phone numbers. This ensures the phone numbers can be called even when you're abroad.

Tap the field below Phone Number.

Tap the required number type.

5. Enter email address

Tap Email Address and key in the required email address.

Tap the field below Email Address.

Tap the required email type.

6. Add more information

You can add more information to the contact. The following steps show two examples.
Choose one of the following options:
Assign picture, go to 6a.
Assign ringtone, go to 6b.

7. 6a - Assign picture

Tap the add picture icon.

To take a new picture:
Tap Camera.

Point the camera lens at the required object and tap anywhere on the display.

To use a saved picture:
Tap Up.

Go to the required folder.
Tap the required picture.

Drag the frame to the required position to select the required section.

Tap Done to assign the picture.

8. 6b - Assign ringtone

Tap the field below Phone Ringtone.

Tap the required ringtone.

9. Save and exit

Tap Save.
Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your mobile phone to return to standby mode.
