Unblocking your SIM
Want to unblock your SIM? It's easy, but remember you'll need a PUK to unblock your PIN.
List view
1. Turn off your mobile phone
Tap and hold On/Off.
2. Turn on your mobile phone
Tap On/Off until your mobile phone is turned on.
3. Unblock SIM
The display tells you that your SIM is blocked.
Tap Enter PUK and key in the PUK.
Tap Enter PUK and key in the PUK.
Tap Enter new SIM PIN 1 and key in a new 4-digit PIN.
Tap Confirm SIM PIN 1 and key in the new PIN again.
Tap OK.
Your mobile phone is ready for use.
