Changing my mobile phone PIN
Want to unblock your SIM? It's easy, but you'll need a PUK to unblock your SIM.

1. Find "Change PIN 1"
Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your mobile phone.
Tap Settings.
Tap Settings.
Tap Security and Privacy.
Tap SIM Card.
Tap Change PIN 1.
2. Change PIN
Tap Enter current PIN 1 and key in your current PIN (default is 0000).
If an incorrect PIN is entered three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked. To unblock your SIM, you'll need to key in your PUK. The PUK can be obtained by contacting Customer Service.
Please note:
If an incorrect PUK is entered ten times in a row, your SIM is blocked permanently. In this case, you'll need a new SIM from Optus.

Tap Enter new SIM PIN 1 and key in a new 4-digit PIN.
