This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Flight mode is turned on: Turn off flight mode.Detailed instructions.

Tap the Menu key twice.

Tap Manage Connections.

Tap Mobile Network to turn flight mode on or off.
When the box next to the menu item is unticked, flight mode is turned on.

Tap Disconnect.

Tap the Return key to return to standby mode.
