This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

Turn on the message tone.

1. Tap Messenger.

2. Tap the menu icon.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Sound.

Step 5 of 7

5. Tap the different message tones to hear them.

Step 6 of 7

6. Once you've found a message tone you like, tap OK.

7. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.

Possible cause 1:

The message tone has been turned off

Solution:

Find "Sound"

Tap Messenger.

Tap the menu icon.

Tap Settings.

Tap Sound.

Select message tone

Tap the different message tones to hear them.

Once you've found a message tone you like, tap OK.

Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
