I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Mobile data is turned off on your mobile phone: Turn on mobile data.

1. 1. Find "Mobile Network"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top edge of the display.
Tap Settings.
Tap Network and Connections.
Tap Mobile Network.

2. 2. Turn mobile data on or off

Tap the indicator next to "Data Services" to turn the function on or off.

3. 3. Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom edge of the display to return to the home screen.
