I can't access the internet

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 2:

No connection to a Wi-Fi network is established: Connect to Wi-Fi network.

List view

1. 1. Find "Wi-Fi"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top edge of the display.
Tap Wi-Fi.

2. 2. Turn on Wi-Fi

Tap the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" until the function is turned on.

3. 3. Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Tap the required Wi-Fi network.
Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required, and tap Connect.

4. 4. Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom edge of the display to return to the home screen.
