I can't make voice calls

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.


Change network mode allowing your mobile phone to connect to both 2G and 3G networks.

Possible cause 1:

Your mobile phone is set to connect to 3G networks only

Solution:

Change network mode allowing your mobile phone to connect to both 2G and 3G networks.

1. Find "Mobile Network"
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top edge of the display.
Tap Settings.
Tap Network and Connections.
Tap Mobile Network.
2. Select network mode
Tap the drop down list below "Network Mode".
Tap one of the following options:
4G & 3G & 2G
4G & 3G
3G & 2G
3G
2G
3. Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom edge of the display to return to the home screen.
