My mobile phone's touch screen doesn't work

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.


Turn off screen lock.

Possible cause 1:

Screen lock is turned on

Solution:

Turn off screen lock.

1. Choose option
Choose one of the following options:
Turn key lock on or off, go to 1a.
Select setting for automatic key lock, go to 1b.
2. 1a - Turn key lock on or off
To turn on the key lock:
Briefly tap On/Off.
To turn off the key lock:
Briefly tap On/Off.
Slide your finger upwards on the display.
3. 1b - Select setting for automatic key lock
Slide your finger downwards starting from the top edge the display.
Tap Settings.
Tap Display.
Tap Screen Timeout.
Tap the required period.
4. Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom edge of the display to return to the home screen.
