The software on your Apple Watch hasn't been updated to the latest version: Update the Apple Watch software to the latest version.

1. Update Apple Watch software

On your mobile phone: Tap Watch.
On your mobile phone: Tap My Watch.
On your mobile phone: Tap General.
On your mobile phone: Tap Software Update. If a new software version is available, it's displayed. Follow the instructions on the screen to update the Apple Watch software.
