I can't use of one my apps

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

The app is damaged or hasn't been updated to the latest version: Uninstall the app and install it again.

List view

1. Uninstall apps

Tap the Digital Crown.
Tap and hold the required app.
Tap the delete icon next to the required app.
Tap Delete App.

2. Return to the home screen

Tap the Digital Crown to return to the home screen.
