I can't use mobile data on my Apple Watch

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Your Apple Watch isn't correctly set up for mobile data.: Set up mobile data on your Apple Watch.

1. Find "Mobile Service"

On your mobile phone: Tap Watch.
On your mobile phone: Tap My Watch.
On your mobile phone: Tap Mobile Service.

2. Set up mobile data

On your mobile phone: Tap Set Up Mobile Service and follow the instructions on the screen to set up mobile data.
