This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Always On Display is turned on: Turn off Always On.
List view
1. Find "Always On"
Tap the Digital Crown.
Tap the settings icon.
Tap Display & Brightness.
Tap Always On.
2. Turn Always On on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Always On" to turn the function on or off.
3. Return to the home screen
Tap the Digital Crown several times to return to the home screen.
