This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 1:

Silent mode is turned on: Turn off silent mode.

1. Turn silent mode on or off

Tap the Digital Crown.
Tap the sound mode icon to turn silent mode on or off.

2. Return to the home screen

Tap the Digital Crown to return to the home screen.
