Possible cause 1:
There are too many running applications: Close running applications you're not using.

1. End running applications
Tap the Digital Crown twice to open the list of running applications.
Slide your finger left on the required application.
Tap the close icon.
2. Return to the home screen
Tap the Digital Crown to return to the home screen.
