I can't charge my Apple Watch

This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.

Possible cause 4:

There's a problem with the charger: Make sure there's no dirt or dust on the back of your Apple Watch or on the magnetic charger. Then check that the charging cable is fully pressed into the power adapter and that the the power point is turned on. If this doesn't help, try connecting the charging cable to another power adapter and another power point.
