Turn off automatic update of apps via mobile network.

3. Tap the indicator next to "Updates" to turn the function on or off.

5. Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Possible cause 4:
Automatic update of apps via mobile network is turned on
Solution:
Turn off automatic update of apps via mobile network.
Find "iTunes & App Store"
Tap Settings.
Tap iTunes & App Store.
Turn automatic update of apps on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Updates" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on automatic update, your apps are automatically updated via Wi-Fi.
Turn automatic update of apps via mobile network on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Use Mobile Data" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on automatic update of apps via mobile network, your apps are automatically updated via the mobile network when no Wi-Fi networks are within range.
Return to the home screen
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
