Another Bluetooth device can't connect to my mobile phone
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes to help you find a solution to your problem.
Possible cause 1:
Bluetooth is turned off on your mobile phone: Turn on Bluetooth.

1. Find "Bluetooth"
Tap Settings.

Tap Bluetooth.

2. Turn Bluetooth on or off
Tap the indicator next to "Bluetooth" to turn the function on or off.

3. Return to the home screen
Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
