Possible cause 2:

Divert of all calls is turned on: Cancel all diverts.

List view

1. Find "Keypad"

Tap Phone.

Tap Keypad.

2. Cancel all diverts

Key in ##002# and tap the call icon.

##002#

3. End call

Tap Dismiss.

4. Return to the home screen

Tap the Home key to return to the home screen.
