I can't activate my mobile phone
This troubleshooting guide will take you through a number of possible causes
to help you find a solution to your problem.

1. If your SIM is locked, tap Unlock.

2. Key in your PIN and tap OK. The default PIN is 0000.

3. Tap the Home key.

4. Tap the required language.

5. Tap the required country or area.

6. Tap the required Wi-Fi network.

7. Key in the password for the Wi-Fi network and tap Join.

8. Tap Enable Location Services to turn on the function.

9. Tap Disable Location Services to turn off the function.

10. If you turn off the function, tap OK.

11. Follow the instructions on the screen to turn on use of Touch ID or tap Set Up Touch ID Later.

12. If you turn off the function, tap Continue.

13. Tap Restore from iCloud Backup.

14. Tap the field next to "Apple ID" and key in the username for your Apple ID.

15. Tap the field next to "Password" and key in the password for your Apple ID.

16. Tap Next.

17. Tap Agree.

18. Tap the required backup and your mobile phone restores the contents of the selected backup. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the activation.
